At Backstreet Wine, we offer shipping of our products to customers within Hong Kong. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Fees: We charge a flat rate of HKD200 for all types of product shipments within Hong Kong, except for orders shipped to remote areas. Orders shipped to remote areas may be subject to an additional transportation charge, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

Shipping Times: We strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Returns: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any products purchased from our store. This includes items that are defective, damaged, or do not meet your expectations. All sales are final.
